L. N. Mishra Institute of Economic Development & Social Change, Patna (often abbreviated as LNMI) is an autonomous institute under the Government of Bihar, affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna and approved by AICTE, Government of India. It was established in 1973 (originally as Bihar Institute of Economic Development) and later renamed in memory of Lalit Narayan Mishra.
