What is included?

As Chevening Scholarships are fully-funded, your award includes the following:

  • university tuition fees
  • a monthly stipend

Eligibility:

  • Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.  
  • Proof of returning to your home country for at least two years after your scholarship ends.
  • At least 2,800 hours of work experience after graduating from your undergraduate degree.
  • An undergraduate degree that qualifies you for a UK master’s programme. You must have finished your undergraduate studies at least two years before, even if you have not yet received your certificate. However, you will need to have your certificate by the time of your interview.
  • Apply to three different and eligible. You must have received an unconditional offer from at least one of these course choices by the references and education documents deadline listed on the.

Update to Chevening’s eligibility criteria:

1. Only work experience gained after the date of your graduation will count.

All applications for Chevening must be completed via the online application system.
