The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts various entrance-based admissions each year for entry into B.Ed., Law, MBA, MCA, and several PG programmes across participating universities in the state.
The admissions are coordinated through APSCHE’s centralised counselling system (AP CETs) and are conducted by designated universities on behalf of APSCHE.
Admissions are based on qualifying exam eligibility + entrance test ranks (where applicable), followed by online counselling.

Eligibility
B.Ed. Courses
- Mathematics: B.A./B.Sc. with Mathematics as a group subject, or BCA with Mathematics at Intermediate level, or B.E./B.Tech. with Mathematics & Physics at Intermediate level.
- Physical Sciences: B.Sc. with Physics & Chemistry or allied material sciences (Part-II group), or BCA with Physical Sciences at Intermediate level, or B.E./B.Tech. with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry at Intermediate level.
- Biological Sciences: B.Sc./B.Sc. (Home Science) with Botany & Zoology or allied subjects (Part-II group), or BCA with Biological Sciences at Intermediate level.
- Social Studies: B.A. or B.Com./B.B.M./BCA with Social Sciences at Intermediate level.
- English: B.A. Special English or M.A. English.
PG (M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., MCJ, M.J.M.C., M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Sc. Tech.)
- Graduation in the respective discipline (eligibility as per university norms).
Law Programmes
- LL.M: LLB Degree (3-Year / 5-Year) + valid AP PGLCET-2025 rank.
- LL.B. (3-Year): Any Bachelor’s Degree with 45% (OC), 42% (BC), 40% (SC/ST) + valid AP LAWCET-2025 rank.
- LL.B. (5-Year): Intermediate (10+2) with 45% (OC), 42% (BC), 40% (SC/ST) + valid AP LAWCET-2025 rank.
MBA
- Any three-year degree with Mathematics at SSC level, and 50% marks (45% for reserved category).
MCA
- BCA/Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or
- B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 or Graduation level (with bridge courses if required)
- 50% marks (45% for reserved category).
